The Carson-Wall Funeral Homes have been serving the families of southeast Kansas for many years.   The Burris-Wall Funeral Home started in Parsons in 1966 and the Carson Funeral Home began in 1924.  In 1979 the two firms merged . The firm also operates funeral homes in Erie, St. Paul and Girard and Memorial Lawn Cemetery in Parsons.  The funeral home at 112 No. 26^th St. was build in 1980 and underwent a major renovation starting in 2001.
