Downtown Partners Program The Organization Committee of Downtown Parsons Inc. has developed a Downtown Partnership Program to encourage both financial and volunteer support of Downtown Parsons, downtown. The National Main Street program recommends a funding mix that includes municipal support, event income, and corporate, business, and community donors. DTP currently receives funding from all of these sources. The most successful Main Street programs are those that receive support—both financial and volunteer—from a broad base of community stakeholders.
